Hey everyone. I can't believe its Friday already.  I love short work weeks!  So I wanted to share a fabulous find with you all.  I don't know about any of you but I've been on the hunt for a great pair of white jeans for months, we're talking like 6 months.  I'm going to get super honest here. I tried everything from thrift store jeans to $200+ jeans at high end retailers and nothing worked.  I've got curves and thighs the size of small tree trunks so finding the right pair has been the biggest challenge.  I'm a size 8 and proud of my size.  Normal just like most of America. If I picked a pair out in my size I looked like sausage trying to be shoved into a casing.  You could see every flaw, ripple and bump.  Not pretty.  So I would size up a bit and the fit still wasn't right plus I had the added depression of seeing the number on the label climb.  I normally don't pay attention to sizes, its more about fit for me, but this was devastating.  At one point I even turned to husband and said "I love the look of white denim but maybe I just can't pull it off."

Fast forward a few months and I'm still searching. I will not give up the hunt because I want a pair of white jeans damnit. My search has now gone virtual as I've pretty much exhausted all the brick and mortar options available in my area. I was on H&M online when lo and behold my search for white jeans pulled up multiple results and one was "girlfriend style." I called my local store, they don't have them but they get a shipment in a weeks time and it should be there.  I waited, not very patiently mind you, and after a week called the store. They have them and in my size! I drove to the store as soon as I got off the phone to try them on.  It was like the clouds had lifted and music came down from heaven.  Not only did they fit but they fit well.  Hallelujah.  They were exactly what I had been searching for and they didn't make me feel bad about my body.  Clearly I bought them and I'm seriously thinking about getting a spare pair for when I wear these out.  Oh yes, I plan on wearing them out. The best part they didn't cost me $200. They didn't cost $100.  They didn't even cost me $50.  These babies came in at $40 and they are worth every single penny.

xoxo
